Appointment Text Message Terms of Service
These terms cover appointment text messages sent by ZLM Services LLC, doing business as ZLM Outdoor Living ("ZLM," "we," "us," or "our"), to customers who book an appointment with us online. Messages may be sent as SMS, MMS, or RCS (together, "Messages"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
Program name: ZLM Outdoor Living Appointment Texts.
When you book a showroom appointment, on-site estimate, or phone or video consultation at booking.zlmoutdoorliving.com and choose to receive texts, we send Messages about that appointment only:
- a booking confirmation with a link to change or cancel;
- a reminder the day before and a reminder about two hours before;
- a notice if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.
We do not send marketing or promotional Messages through this program.
2. How you opt in
On our online booking form, you enter your mobile number and check an optional, unchecked box that reads: "Text me appointment confirmations and reminders from ZLM Outdoor Living at the mobile number above. Up to 4 messages per appointment. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to book." You can book without checking the box; we will then send confirmations and reminders by email only. We record the date and time of your consent.

- You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any Message. You will receive one Message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further Messages unless you opt in again.
- To opt back in, reply START.

5. Supported carriers and devices
Messages are sent as RCS where your device and carrier support it, and as SMS or MMS otherwise. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
Your information is handled under our Appointment Text Message Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
