Appointment Text Message Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ZLM Services LLC, doing business as ZLM Outdoor Living ("ZLM," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you book an appointment online and choose to receive appointment text messages (SMS, MMS, or RCS, together "Messages").

1. Information we collect

Contact information: your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
Appointment details: the service, date, time, and staff member you book, your property address for on-site visits, and your answers to the booking questions.
Consent records: the date, time, and method of your opt-in and of any opt-out.
Message information: the Messages we send and any replies, plus delivery status from our messaging provider.

2. How we use your information

To schedule your appointment and send confirmations, reminders, and change or cancellation notices.
To prepare for your appointment and follow up on your project, including adding you to our job-management system.
To keep records of consent and opt-outs and to honor your preferences.

We do not send marketing or promotional Messages through this program.

3. How we share information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver Messages, such as our messaging platform provider.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as Twilio and wireless carriers for Messages, Google for calendars and email, and our job-management software), who may use it only to provide those services, and when required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Your choices

Reply STOP to any Message to stop Messages; reply START to opt back in.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment; you will still get email confirmations.

5. Retention and security

We keep appointment and consent records only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Children

Our booking and messaging services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
